All prices quoted on the Just Juniors site are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST....Just Juniors does reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Just Juniors values your business and therefore our customer’s privacy is of the utmost importance to us. We are committed to the security and appropriate usage of any personal details we may collect from you at any time during your shopping experience. Please be assured that as you patronise our business, any information we request from you is for our own personal use within the Just Juniors experience and to offer you updates and news of promotions and instore seasonal arrivals. Your private details will never be passed on to any 3rd party unless required to do so by law.

Trading Terms

Just Juniors are delighted to be able to offer you fast and reliable next business day shipping after receipt of payment. We are shipping items from Horsham in Western Victoria, so allow at least 3-4 working days for your parcel to arrive depending on the area being dispatched to. Whilst Just Juniors do always endeavour to ensure a prompt dispatch of your parcel...sometimes (in the event of a particular item being sold out or unavailable at the time) it may take longer, but we will if necessary contact you immediately and attempt to work together to organise an item being put on back order or a replacement item being dispatched to you if preferred.

 

Refunds and Exchange Policy

Please keep in mind that we do wish for all of our valued customers to be happy with their Just Juniors online purchase. With this in mind we welcome your comments and feedback at any time. Just Juniors staff do quality checks on all items prior to packing your orders, however if you do find any item is damaged or faulty when you unwrap your parcel, please notify us on 03 5382 1861 within 5 working days and the item will be either replaced or a credit note issued or a refund provided. Please note that postage costs are non refundable. Please ensure that returned items are sent to us in unused & unworn condition and in original packaging with all price tags attached. Naturally products that have been damaged due to obvious misuse will not be returnable and all sale items are non returnable unless faulty.
